Excellent quality written content is essential for every site we design at Digimax. Treatment content in particular, must lead the patient through a short journey with one goal in mind – to get them to enquire. Our websites are beautifully designed and simple to use, so your team can listen to patient needs and invite them to book a consultation. Now, all you need are the words…
Finding a writer can prove time-consuming, which is why we have already sourced some accomplished content writers – just in case you need a helping hand! Alternatively, please feel free to engage with someone you wish to source or already trust – with the complimentary £300 still available to you.
To encourage a smooth writing process, we have also created some tools to help you and your writer:
Should you choose to use the skills of any of the writers below, please understand the following:
How does the £300 payment work?
Once you have your content approved and signed off, you need to upload it to your client content portal. To claim your £300 payment, you must submit your writer’s invoice via this form here. If you complete your website content within two months of your start date and launch your website within six months of your start date, we will reduce your final bill by £300. *
What if my writer fails to explain a treatment perfectly?
The next best thing to a professional writer who is also a dentist is a writer who is willing to learn and try their best. No first draft is ever perfect! The objective is to have great copy at the end of the process, which means ongoing constructive communication between you and your chosen writer. Your role is to feedback and make any corrections or suggestions so that, with the help of your writer, you achieve the content you want.
How many words of content does an average website have?
An average website has 7,000 words of content. In some cases, the content can be as low as 3,500 words or as much as 11,000 words.
How long do website visitors spend reading?
Our data suggests that time spent on treatment pages can, on average be up to 30-60 seconds. We believe website visitors want to understand how the treatment solves their problems without too much technical detail. The website’s goal should be to convert the visitor into an enquiry so that you can address all concerns and questions in person.
Can you speak with the writers on my behalf?
In the past, Digimax would handle the writing process with the writer on your behalf. This drastically slowed the process down as we were an unnecessary communication barrier between the writer and the client. We wanted our clients to be able to have the freedom to choose the writer they felt most comfortable with whilst we focus our time on delivering you the best website we can. Writers appreciate direct access to the client so that they can deliver a tailored project. This also allows you to build a relationship where you may be able to lean on your writer for additional content in the future. Eg. New treatments, blog writing and even press releases.
Can you recycle content?
Google does not like content that is copied from another website. Writers must uniquely write your content. Writers will often use Copyscape to check for plagiarism.

Hi! I’m Annie, and I’m a freelance copywriter based in South London with a great deal of experience in writing copy for websites. I’ve worked with huge brands like Hilton and Expedia, as well as one-to-one with much smaller outfits.
Working with Digimax Dental, I have created copy for over ten different dental practices (and counting), and I love being able to help create the right tone of voice for a client, ensuring your vision, ethos and personality are demonstrated throughout.
I have a lot of experience taking fairly hard to follow information or technical language, and turning it into copy that is readable, compelling, and dynamic and have also written websites for charities, skin clinics, and a dating coaching website among others.
I have a First Class BA from the University of Birmingham and a Master’s in English Literature from Oxford University. If you’d like to see a small sample of my work, you can visit my portfolio here.

Hi. My name is Jeanne, and I’ve been a copywriter and content strategist for 8+ years.
I am a great listener who loves helping dental practices find their voice, whether it’s on a website, blog or via social media.
I have worked extensively with dental marketing agencies and practices, including several on Harley Street. In 2023, I created the content for the recipient of Website of the Year at the Dentistry Awards, Beautiful Smiles.
Almost all of my career so far has been spent writing for clients in the dental sector. During this time, I have cultivated a knack for making dental jargon make sense to patients.
I have worked closely and successfully with Digimax for 5+ years, creating copy for 60+ websites. I am proud of the numerous recommendations I have received from past practice owners and dentists, which can be viewed on my LinkedIn profile in the Recommendations section.
I genuinely enjoy the process of getting to know my clients and their practice ethos, with a view to creating unique copy that resonates with patients.
I look forward to working together.

Hi, I’m Dale King a highly-experienced, British-born dental content writer and copywriter. For the last 12+ years, I’ve made it my business to understand your industry.
I help dental practices and dental-related companies position themselves as trusted experts using tailored content that is personalised and empathetic to their target audience.
Unlike other services where people are already interested in the goods and products on offer, dentists first need consumers to trust them. In reality, they’re starting from a point of disadvantage. My job is to help you bridge that gap and generate enquiries by writing well-crafted content that resonates with potential patients.
Whether that audience is an:
